Policy

Clear terms for cancellations, no-shows, weather changes and rescheduling.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the activity qualify for a full refund, minus a 10% administration fee.

Late cancellations within 48 hours of the activity, missed hikes, or no-shows are not refundable.

If Outdoor Addicts cancels a hike due to unsafe weather or mountain conditions, guests may reschedule for free or receive a full refund.

Rescheduling is subject to availability. Rescheduling requested less than 48 hours before the hike may incur a R200 rescheduling fee.

By completing payment or confirming a booking, guests acknowledge and accept this cancellation and refund policy.
